Founded by Carl and Helen Warmelin (hence C&H),our journey started small but has evolved into a thriving precision machining company under the almost 4-decade long ownership of Charles Gohlich and Lyle Anderson. Our expertise in CNC Milling, CNC Turning, EDM, Welding and Assembly, isn't just a service – it's a commitment to reliability in every component.

Since our start in 1964, we've become a top-notch machine shop following the latest industry standards. C&H Machines History

1949: Carl & Helen Warmelin launch their first machine shop in their garage, expanding to various locations in the Los Angeles area.

1964: Carl & Helen sell their company, move to Escondido, and establish C&H Machine.

1967: Carl hires Chuck Gohlich - his son-in-law - who later becomes Shop Manager and eventually owner of C&H Machine.

1975: C&H Machine changes ownership to Allen Burwell, making Chuck the Shop Manager. Allen incorporates as Merit Industries but continues operating as C&H Machine.

1981: Lyle Anderson is hired as Salesperson & Office Manager.

1985: Chuck & Lyle acquire C&H Machine.

1987: C&H Machine purchases Rolo Instrument Products, triggering a period of substantial growth.

1992: C&H Machine buys Support Equipment (SEI), contributing to ongoing business expansion.

1995: C&H Machine opens its first building on South Andreasen Drive.

2001: C&H Machine completes the construction of its second building, adding 17'000 sq feet to it's existing building.

2005: C&H Machine acquires Quality Machine, further fueling growth.

2010: C&H Machine joins Suppliers of Excellence Alliance SEA.

2011: C&H Machine achieves AS9100:2009 certification.

2024: C&H Machine celebrates its 60th anniversary.
