Assembly & Subassembly Services

At C&H Machine, we can provide Aerospace machining options for various Assemblies and Subassemblies. The programming software we use with our CNC Machining Equipment allow us to use native customer digital files to efficiently and effectively create functional parts, precisely as engineered. Additionally, C & H Machine’s offers Assembly fabrication services.  A niche in which C&H Machine performs particularly well is in making filter and screen assemblies.  Numerous of our parts and subassemblies end up in products put out by most of the big names in the Aerospace industry, including Boeing, Space X, Airbus, Rolls Royce, and GE.

In addition to our CNC machining, we also perform in-house testing of our manufactured parts and components. We perform peel tests, vacuum, pressure, and helium leak testing to ensure that our finished products can withstand the stresses associated with Aerospace requirements. C&H Machine also verifies our completed parts using five-axis CMM inspection and CNC Optical Inspection devices. This inspection verification guarantees that our fabricated parts meet the tight tolerances our customers’ specifications and that Aerospace applications require
